Resolves YES if: On or before May 31, 2026, the House passes (final passage) a bill including a TikTok nationwide ban provision (outright or divest-or-ban), as recorded by the House Clerk/Congress.gov.

Resolves NO if: No such bill passes the House by the deadline, or only nonbinding measures or bills without a nationwide TikTok ban mechanism pass.

Resolver authority: Community provisional outcome + human adjudication only if tie/challenge
